This is a great product. It takes some getting used to, but once you get the hang of it, it is very easy. I would suggest doing more than the instructions tell you as far as reps, etc..

this product is cheaply made it is not made to support grown men. it is all plastic and feels flimsy definitely not reccommended if you plan on using product more than once a year.

This is probably one of the toughest ab workouts I've ever done. It is very effective.
I've had this for about two years now and it has held up well. It is pretty sturdy, rolls well, and does what it should. One of the nice things about this wheel is that it is small enough to store away when not in use.
If you've never tried this wheel before, try one at your gym or demo one in a store somewhere and see if it is something that you would actually enjoy using... as this particular exercise is not suitable for everyone.
I'm happy with the quality of the Valeo Dual Ab Wheel and do recommend it.
