easy on the wrists! March 3, 2010 Marlon Datre 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
These are great because they make pushups so much easier on your wrists. They're small and easily portable. Can take them with you in a small bag. As it makes pushups easier for me, I am doing them more. That alone is worth the investment.
Okay October 16, 2009 Emily Smith (Florida, USA) They're okay, especially for the price, and they are sturdy enough, but I find that they really hurt my hands when I use them. I have to wrap thick towels around the actual grips otherwise it just kills my hands. As a result, I find that I'm not using them as much. Other than that, they serve their purpose and I like using these to do pushups much better than doing them on the ground. Good for the price, too.
Not Bad - could be better! August 20, 2009 S. Charbonneau The handles need more foam cushioning and the base can sometimes wobble when doing wide arm push ups. Otherwise they are lightweight and breakdown nicely for travel.
Adequate June 29, 2009 M. Barnes (Bellevue WA United States) These are acceptable, but come with a downsides:
1) After several uses the black, cushioned part of the handle begins to slip. After three weeks of use, it has not slipped significantly while in use, but it makes me always grip extra hard to prevent it from doing so.
2) While doing push ups with an extra wide width/grip, one side flipped or rolled. This would have been prevented if the base was a little wider.
For the price, it was a good purchase, but I suspect if I was doing it over, I would buy a par of bars with a good wide base and that had a better cushioned grip handle that would stop it from sliding.
Excellent May 31, 2009 Prasad V. Sakharshete (San Diego, CA, USA) This is a good product for the price that i paid.
It's of the good quality.
