If your looking for a great core workout, try the power wheel. It is durable and easy to use. There are many exercises to choose, from beginner to very advanced. I highly recommend it.

This really works. It isolates and exercises all the abdominal muscles. The DVD that comes along with the product was very helpful. The product itself is easy to assemble and is made from superior quality construction materials. I recommend this product for anyone who wants to tone up their abs.
There are a variety of exercises designed for beginners and advanced users. Although the product is a bit overpriced, its robust design ensures it lasts for a lifetime.

I have been doing the Combat Conditioning by Matt Fury for some time so when he recommended the Power Wheel, I went to learn more about it. I'm glad I did!
For those that are really busy...... this one is a BIG winner..... I work 20 hour days but 3 minutes before going to bed I use this Power Wheel...... in about three weeks my pants are now easier to button up. The upper core is getting stronger and the mobility to crawl under my truck for maintenance is no longer a struggle getting out and up from underneath.
The benefits are many and the time to use it is very short and I have yet to try out the video.
That will be next....... and can only surmise it will take me to the next level and at 59 that is a BIG bonus!Buy it, use it and enjoy it!

This is a great product. I consider myself sufficiently fit and man, this wheel kicked my butt. It's a great tool to get in shape. Not just the abs, but your entire core, arms, shoulders, and back. Highly recommend it!!!

I purchased this product, the delivery was fast.
Assembly was easy, you have one side of the wheel assembled in advance, instructions were clear and easy to follow.
On the other hand, The DVD wasn't that good and could be much better compared to the build quality of the wheel.
As for the results, this wheel cuts your abs like laser, give your lower back a good workout too and is great for decompressing the spine.
