This machine works great!!! I have been using it with a couple of friends and now they want to buy one. It's a simple machine that works the tricep as good as any other machine. I use olympic weight on all my exercises so I had to put on olympic weight adapters on the tricep machine and it fits in perfect with my personal gym. I'm very satisfied with this machine.
