| Customer Reviews: Design problem May 26, 2010 Young O. Kwon Kim (Northvale, NJ) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
My husband doesn't use it often, because it is not comfortable.
Bench is high for him(Asian man) so his legs are not touch on the floor.
he said without feet's touching floor he couldn't use his power.
One more thing is that width of holding bar is too narrow.
He wants to hold bar same as his shoulder, but bar's interruption can't make him wide holding.
Pretty Good December 8, 2009 J. Davis (Franklin, WI) 9 out of 10 found this review helpful
The instructions to assemble were pretty good. It took me about three hours to do it alone. It seems to be a sturdy bench. I have just a couple of concerns. The first is that there is a user weight limit of 250 lbs which is not mentioned in the item description. The item description only indicates that there is a total capacity of 600 lbs including the weights, so I assumed that surely the weight of the user could be more than 250 lbs because who can lift more than 350 lbs. My other concern is the width of the bench. It is too narrow for me and makes chest presses difficult because you are concerned with trying to keep yourself centered on the bench.
