Body-Solid Gravity Inversion Boots
Amazon.com Product Description Do you sometimes feel pounded, beaten, and jarred? Turn to this pair of Body Solid inversion boots, which allow you to quickly recover from compression fatigue caused by jogging, aerobic training, stepping, bicycling, and weight training. The boots, which attach to virtually any chin-up bar, suspend you in an inverted position to counteract the downward pull of gravity. Hanging upside down brings instant relief to many forms of back pain and spasms, which often stem from a consistent downward gravitation pull on the spine, discs, and muscles. In fact, just a few minutes a day in these boots can help spread apart painfully compressed discs. The boots also help stretch your back, neck, and shoulder muscles, further increasing flexibility and reducing pain. Recommended by doctors nationwide, the inversion boots feature thick, contoured supports pads for comfort, along with heavy-duty, single-action locking mechanisms with built-in safety levers. And thanks to the extra pads that come with the boots, they'll fit almost any size user. The inversion boots are backed by a lifetime warranty.

I do like them BUT the pads came off both and you have to glue July 22, 2010 dennis them with a special glue that the company said is called Goop you can get from any hardware store etc!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Solid, but not adjustable March 31, 2010 Me (Here) They're working well for me. However, they're not adjustable (like the plastic ones that sell for more $).
Good to Go! February 27, 2010 RVN720 (GLOBAL) The boots do what they're made to do. I'm 270lbs and they hold me up just fine. I use them twice a week for intense 30min ab workout and thus far(3 weeks) all is good. I will say that they do pinch in the front so I must use them with boots instead of sneakers and the pads had to be re-glued(super glue worked like a charm). I think a big part of that is because I'm so heavy. All that said; Great product and I'm happy.
Very very painful February 9, 2010 Michael Koskulics (New Jersey) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I found these boots to be extremely painful at the tops of my feet especially. It is crucial to be able to adjust the tightness of the boots, which this model lacks. Get the Teeter Hang Ups boots instead. Don't let the fact they are plastic deter you, they are incredibly safe and comfortable. They have straps to adjust tightness, the perfect type of foam, and are lightweight. I couldn't stand these boots for more than a min due to the severe pain, but with the Teeter Hang ups I can stay upside down for as long as I want. The only side effect is pins and needles, no pain.
Don't hesitate over the price. February 8, 2010 John Bottcher (Norwood, Ma United States) I thought the price too high but took a chance. The boots are extremely well crafted. I'm 225lbs and have no worry about them holding me up. The construction is more than sturdy and worth the price.
And, it works! I've done just a few minutes a day before and after a workout and my back feels great all day. Even felt a pull in my abs and upper leg muscles for an added stretch.
If you are my weight, it does cause minor discomfort on the feet but who cares. The pain relief is worth it.
