Professional work out bench August 21, 2010 David R. Swaisgood (Denver, CO USA) I love the Powerlin PFID130 X Flat Incline Decline Bench. Once assembled, it is easy to manuever and very comfortable. I love the 45 degree incline for an excellent AB workout. The product is professional and i something I would expect to see in a quality gym.
The instructions included is a one page EXPLOSION diagram. I searched on-line for step by step instructions and called the maker of the product directly. You can find the same blown up diagram on line in a PDF format, but no one has published (that I can find) step by step instructions. One of the fitness installers I spoke to said to start from the base up and I should be fine.
I had a friend who has put several of these together before and he did it for me in about 45 minutes. I paid him $30 which is a better deal than the $120 it would have cost me to have the local fitenss installer put it together.
nice piece of equiptment February 15, 2010 Michael Standard delivery was faster than I expected. Easy to assemble and soundly made. Works great and is comfortable to use. Price was good. Definitely pleased with the purchase.
Well satisfied! January 11, 2010 Rock Lady (PA) I bought this for my son for Christmas, recommended by my other son. He was very happy with it. I was thrilled there was free shipping. You can't beat that.
Nice Attachment, but Could be Better December 31, 2009 S. Renzi (MD) 1 out of 5 found this review helpful
This preacher curl attachment fits my Body Solid GDIB46L bench well. The foam pad is comfortable and durable, and the steel construction is solid. The only area of improvement would be for Body Solid to make the barbell rest a little narrower. At its current width (8"), I have to readjust my grip when picking up and putting down the barbell to keep my wrists from hitting the barbell rest. If you grip a barbell wide, you shouldn't have any problem. Those who have a more narrow grip (forearms in line with your biceps and shoulder), you may experience the same issue I have.
Hands down best value. November 20, 2009 Isaac A. (Northwest, AR) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
Bench is very sturdy, comfortable, and versatile. i use it for everything from decline ab crunches to 315lb bench press. i defiantly recommend this to anyone who is looking for a sturdy do it all bench on a budget.
