Well I have had my neck harness for about two months. I started with a 15.5 inch neck and now I have a 16.0 inch neck. If you are dedicated to working out you will love this product.

The Mir Heavy Duty Neck Developer is already coming apart at the stitches. I am disappointed. I have only had this product for three weeks.

I bouth this neck developeer to make my skinny neck bigger so I can pass my PFA measurements easier. I got this and I used it at the gym and I had no problem with it. the head gear was adjustable to fit. Had a good time with it in the gym, I am also looking forward to see how big my neck gets before the next PFA.

This is a Totally Awesome Neck / Head Developer!!!

After just a few times using, can already feel myself getting poositive results from this. The velcro straps make sure it doesn't slide off as well.

I usually just wrap cahins around a dumbell, but can also be used with plates.

Ordered and received from MIR without any issues. Very prompt and professional service! Definitely recommend buying from MIR.

Am very glad I purchased this, and will be using for quite some time.

****Very reasonably priced, and much better than using similar equipment at a gym that's been used by others.
