This weighted vest appears to be of high quality, is very comfortable to wear and feels very secure. It is easy to put on and off. The only reason why I will not give it 5 stars is because the weights are not standard weights, they are 20 - 2.5 lbs weights that are satin sash filled bags with some sort of sand that I am sure that they will tear on the seams easily with a little heavy use.
If I could do it again, I would probably have gone for the shorter vest. Good luck. !
