First Day Praise and Results May 3, 2010 Anddrew B. Alden (Phoenix, Arizona USA) 4 out of 4 found this review helpful
When the Inversion Table was delivered by U.P.S. the driver explained that he had arthritis of the spine. He purchased his inversion Table a year ago and had been using it since. He said that he wouldn't be able to work without it. This was un-solicitated praise for the prroduct before we even got it out of the box. He said that he hoped we got as good results as he had.
Out of the box and set up, my brother used it. He was in pain from a pinched nerve in his hip. After one use he felt his back and hip reallign, he was out of pain. He said that he felt a tingling in his leg, like when your foot has been asleep and it tingles when circulation is restored. It has been almost a week now and he has had no recurrence of the pain.
I'm glad I bought it March 26, 2010 Christopher Amos (Texas) 7 out of 7 found this review helpful
I have had my Imer inversion table five months and I am glad I bought it.
I was skeptical about these things in general, so I purchased almost the cheapest thing I could find. It was under 100 bucks online. I am still very pleased.
It assembled quickly. I like the rounded handles to ease yourself back up as opposed to short grips on others. I spend only 2 minutes about each morning and I feel results. Nice relief. I can feel my back stretch and pop. I have a clock on the table behind me so when I am up-side-down I can check on the time.
Some tips: Get the padded ankle things tight as you can. The tighter you get them the more comfortable when you invert. Also, RELAX. You will have a tendency to tense up, so remember to relax your back, breath deep and enjoy the ride. Oh, and don't forget to empty out your pockets.
Only con is, an this is probably true with any table, you are hanging by your ankles and shins and for my 52 year-old body they can be a little stressed after more than two minutes.
love it more n more January 14, 2010 Jeffrey B. Torres (Beautiful Berkshires) 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
I really enjoy my emer inversion table. I didnt really use it at first but that was mainly my procrastination. I have ankylosing spondylitis, which is a form of arthritis in my back. When I wasnt using daily as I am now... I would get this feeling that I needed to use it. Though I cannot say that I am pain free since starting my routine, I can say I feel better. I have been exercising on a daily basis and incorporate my table more than most people may. In addition to inverting, I also attached a few bungee cords to the bottom where the strap normally goes. With these I have created some resistance while inverted to have something to push against and also use it as my own personal Ghetto-flex while standing. Dont know if any of this helped.
Peace

Inversion table August 7, 2009 A. Geissler 6 out of 6 found this review helpful
I really enjoy my inversion table. As of late, I don't have the pressure on my lower lumbar region like I used to. With the exception of the advertised international shipping that wouldn't ship to the current APO I'm in... "All is GOOD!" Literally a few minutes a couple times a week is all you need to enjoy a pain free back.
