amazon is the best company to deal with when you need something i always check with amazon before i make a purchase. i purchased the marcy 410 bench. the quality of this bench is very strong and well constructed. the board is long enough and you can lock your legs in so you can isolate your abs. the padding on the bench has a nonslip covering.the assembally is relatively easy. i was told it come ups in three days i got it the next day. you should always check with amazon first. got to go.

Not adjustable and the pads for your legs keep moving in-between use. Hurts my behind because I can't lower it enough.

Pretty freakin' hard to appreciate a product that comes missing all the parts needed for actual assembly. I contacted Amazon and was told to contact the maker. The maker took my call and promised delivery in 7 to 10 days.
Sigh.

I bought this after reviewing many ab machines when my ab lounge 2 went kaput. I thought I got decent results from it until I tried this!
It was easier than I thought it would be to put together. I put it together in 25 minutes by myself. The only time I had help was when I needed a second hand to hold the wrench tight while I screwed. All of the included hardware is labeled individually which was nice.
I have used it everyday since I got it 3 days ago and I have been sore ever since. So I know it's going to work! I was never this sore when I worked out on my ab lounge.
I am an average size woman that has had 2 c-sections so I am hoping this will do the trick. I can't imagine it not working.
The only con is that it doesn't come with an exercise manual for the equipment. I would like to have a suggested routine. I would also like to know if there is a way to work the obliques. What is the best way to place your arms? I looked this up on the manufacturer's site but the item couldn't be found.

This is a great little bench! Setup took about 15 minutes. The instructions were clear and each part easily identified. It feels really sturdy and has a nice decline position. The small problem I had is that it came with some silver stickers reading "SB410" that were peeling and flaking which takes away from the looks. Looks didnt really play a big part in my purchase anyway though. I would definitely recommend it. Actually one of my buddies tried to buy it off me already! No my brother, you gots to get your own!
