Product Description Grip Pro Trainer Hand Grip Forearm Strength Gripper 30, 40 & 50 lbs
EXCELLENT Low Priced but VERY VERY Effective Hand Gripper
GripPro trainer is an extremely effective finger-hand-forearm strength
and endurance trainer. It comes in 3 different levels of difficulty: Green-30lb
max resistance (easier)-for lighter weight people and warming up, Black-40lb
max resistance (medium) for average weight men to train with and Red 50lb
max resistance (difficult) for big guys or lower rep strength training.
Use It- GripPro trainer is very portable and easy to use, almost anywhere/anytime.at your desk, stuck in traffic, walking, on the treadmill, etc. Try 3 sets of 30-100 reps a couple times a week for best results over time. Its also great for stress relief.
Why It's Best- When compared to other portable hand/forearm exercisers GripPro trainer has a great feeling in the hand and is superior to: Grip type balls-extremely boring and mostly therapeutic; metal spring devices with handles-awkward, uncomfortable and due to the fulcrum of the spring give an uneven exercise; hand held gyros-difficult to use.
Who Needs It- Few people appreciate how important grip strength is. It affects your abilities in many hobbies and pastimes and your performance in most sports such as: golf, tennis, rock climbing, basketball, baseball, water skiing, jet skis, mountain bikes, extreme sports, softball, Harleys, snowmobiles, and MORE!

Grip Pro Trainer 3 piece Set June 15, 2010 Guido I saw the Grip Pro Trainer advertisement in the back of a Men's Health magazine. I had been looking for a way to increase my grip strength and forearms. So, of course, I did a quick search on Amazon and found them. After reading the other reviews, I knew I was getting a good product, not just the manufacturer's point of view.
I have tried the other style (springs, putty, etc) and really like the Grip Pro Trainer(s). The price is right at about $7 each/$21 for the full set. The Green one is fairly easy, the Black one is a little but tougher, and the Red one pretty tough to squeeze. There is a slight weird latex plastic smell when you first get them, but it seems to subside a bit, and is really not noticeable unless you stick it right under your nose.
The convenience and portability of the Grip Pro Trainers make them easy to keep in your desk drawer or pocket and is a great way to exercise your grip anywhere, any time. It's also a great way to relieve some stress during long meetings at work!
One of my co-workers recently had surgery on his elbow which really decreased his grip strength. He has tried several different styles of putty from his physical therapist, but he wasn't happy. I suggested he try the Grip Pro Trainers. He tried mine out. He really liked them and said he was going to order a set.
I've had mine only a few weeks, but they seem to be very durable and should last a long time. Even if they wore out and only lasted 6 months, I'd be happy with the purchase and would buy them again.
Good Product June 3, 2010 Robert Sommers (KS) This product is as described. Does have a mild latex smell to it but is not overwhelming. Good forearm/wrist trainer or stress reliever. I leave them in my truck to use while driving.
A great exercise tool for anyone interested in grip and forearm strength. May 16, 2010 Joseph J. Truncale (Chicago, Il) Like most people who review exercise equipment, I have been into exercise and fitness all my life. I am always seeking new equipment to improve myself. This GRIP PRO TRAINING KIT is designed so that you can begin from the lowest 30 pound ring grip, and progress to the second level, which is 40 pounds. The highest level in this three-ring set is 50 pounds. Since I have been doing grip exercises for many years, I found the 50 pound grip on this set to be just right for me.
In conclusion. I love using this Grip Training Kit. In fact, I would love to see this grip ring set come in 60 to 90 pound sets.

Easy on the Hands May 10, 2010 Vance Marshall (Canada) This product does exactly what it says it will and it does it without messing up your hands or causing calluses. So why the 4 stars? Lack of resistance. The strongest gripper isn't that tough; anyone who weight trains (deadlifts, pull ups) will likely require greater resistance sooner rather than later.
Grip Pro Trainer - works great! April 26, 2010 R. Perry I got a set of these because a friend had some that I tried out, and really liked them. I'm very happy with the set I bought. They give a good forearm workout while I'm otherwise being a couch potato watching TV. They're very comfortable to use. Unlike most other exercise equipment, it's hard not to pick them up and use them. Makes my wife happy too, because I can keep busy exercising with the Grip Pro Trainer instead of channel-surfing.
