Amazon.com Product Description The Gripmaster Pro isolates and strengthens each finger individually, helping you improve your overall strength, endurance, and dexterity. A few daily workouts with the Gripmaster Pro and you'll enjoy better control of a baseball/softball bat, tennis racquet, or golf club, with each finger working in seamless unity with the others. You'll also find a ton of other uses for the Gripmaster Pro, including playing guitar or violin, rock climbing, bowling, target shooting, martial arts, yoga, or even relieving stress while clicking a mouse or gaming for hours on end. To keep things interesting and to accommodate certain uses, the company recommends several different exercises, including the "fingertip pinch," "flatfist," "powergrip," "wristflex," and "thumbpinch," most of which are explained on the Gripmaster website. Best of all, you can work out anytime and anywhere with the Gripmaster Pro, which fits neatly in your pocket when not in use. This particular version of the Gripmaster Pro offers an extra-heavy tension of 11 pounds per finger--a recommended tension for extremely strong hands.

Hand Excerciser July 9, 2010 Jeffrey L. White (Yorkville, IL USA) I have a couple of these and needed one that has more resistance. This certainly fit the bill and I would highly recommend it. I moved up from the 9lb standard model.
Excellent exercise for my fingers May 28, 2010 Gladys I. Benabe (Puerto Rico) My fingers are stiff due to osteoarthritis. And this is a wonderful tool to help me adquire more strength.
I love it!!!! April 21, 2010 K. Houston (GUYTON, GA, US) I was in need of a more powerful hand strengthening tool and this one is it!!
I play a lot of tennis and I coach other sports that require a good grip. This device is a great help.
I plan on getting another one with less tension. I like how it accentuates each finger for building strength.
Bad for large hands April 14, 2010 R. Rotter 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I have very large hands and I found this to be nearly unusable because my fingers are too large to use the individual buttons without getting snagged on the neighboring buttons. The Black Diamond Forearm Trainer works a lot better for me, although it is a little too easy to squeeze. I'm going to try the Grip Pro Trainer Red-50Lbs- next.
Best for 'advanced' hands. April 7, 2010 K. Davis 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I bought this to continue strengthening my hands for guitar. I originally started on a 7 lb per finger Gripmaster, which after months of use, I found was far too weak for my hands.
It will, of course, be extremely difficult to use if it is your first hand-strengthening product, and the Gripmaster Pro design is slightly larger than the standard Gripmaster, so people with small hands, be warned.
All in all, a great product.
